This is a variation on the typical double column (wrist, ankle legs, any two limbs) tie. Origin unknown. Model: June StPaul
Standard Safety disclaimer: Bondage is fun but it can also be dangerous. Ropes that are too tight or in the wrong place can cut off blood flow or cause nerve damage. It is your responsibility to ensure that you play safely. Whatever you do, have fun doing it!
Step 1 - Make a bight by folding the rope in half at the middle.
Step 2- Make a lark's head by passing the loose tails through the bight.
Step 3 - Place the lark's head around both wrists.
Step 4 - Place the arms a good distance apart. A good distance allows you to pull the ropes completely together between the wrists. Any distance less than this will work as long as you can still feed the ropes between the wrists.
Step 5 - Wrap the working ends (loose tails) around the wrist in the opposite direction of the bight until you have used enough of your rope.
Step 6 - Feed the tails through the secondary bight created by the wraps in Step 5.
Step 7 - Pull the ropes between the wrists and back around to the front.
Step 8 - Pull one of the working (loose) ends between the wrists and to the front of the rope leaving one behind the ropes.
Step 9 - Finish off by pulling the working ends tight and tying the them together in a square (or other of your choosing) knot.
Step 10 - Enjoy
